I think if you’re a power user or a builder, a dedicated app isn’t a problem at all or might even be a plus, but the fact that anyone can just click there with Chrome or Firefox & Facebook Connect, that will bring in so many eyeballs that might not go to the trouble of accessing content in Lord of the Rings Online, Blue Mars, et al
