Preview: Black Swan

Hi guys, Xue Faith, editor of Avatars Illustrated, virtual magazine here! Have a sweet cocktail and check out this teaser of all the juicy content coming your way in our globetrotting “Black Swan” issue for May 2011.

From New South Wales we’ll visit with photographer Connie Sec. Slipping a little closer to the antarctic circle, we’ll hit Cape Town and blow some bubbles with installation and performance artist Belinda Blignaut.

Then we’ll finally slide over to the Yankee side of the equator and check out the amazing work Esra’a Al Shafei and MideastYouth.com are doing out of Bahrain. While we’re in the Middle East, we’ll check out some Afghan inspired fashions from Trill Zapatero of BoHo HoBo, and finally head on over to the undiscovered country and walk the streets of Second Life with the ghost of Garry Winogrand.
